Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
"Midway Drive-In: A Reason to Celebrate", a documentary film by local filmmaker Peter Mahan, will be shown at 8:30pm Labor Day weekend (Fri-Sun, Sept. 4-6), before each evening's film lineup, at the Midway Drive-In on Rt 48 in Minetto, NY. This film documents the traumatic loss of the Drive-In's wooden screen in a freak storm last year, and the heroic community effort that revived this family institution. Come celebrate the new life of one of the few remaining drive-in theaters in the country--our own gem, the Midway Drive-In!
