Oswego Independence Day Celebration
Sunday, July 03, 2016, 12:00pm - 09:00pm

2016 is the Bicentennial of the establishment of Oswego County and our team is already hard at work. The theme of this year's Independence Day Celebration is "The 4 Seasons of Oswego County". We will be using the 4 divisions of the parade to divide up into the 4 seasons so we can celebrate all the things that make Oswego County Special.

The Parade starts at 1pm and runs from the Oswego High School to Fort Ontario. Parade Marshals are Barbara Dix representing Oswego County Historians, Legislator John "Jack" Proud, District 7, and his wife Allie Proud representing the Mexico Historical Society.

The Bicentennial Community picnic will be at Fort Ontario Following the parade.

Entertainment will start in Breitbeck Park at 5:30 Featuring: Oswego High School Jazz Band, Downbeat Percussion and Joe Driscoll
