We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
The Minetto United Methodist Church will celebrate Holy Week with several special services under the leadership of Rev. Richard Sivers, retired, and music director Mary Lou Carpenter-Bjorkman. Rev. Sivers is standing in for Pastor Chuck Forbes during his recuperation from surgery. Visitors are always welcome at our services and activities.
There will be a Maundy Thursday Worship Service on March 24, at 7:00 P.M., in the Fellowship Hall. It will include the serving of Holy Communion. In the United Methodist Church, all are welcome to receive communion.
Good Friday, March 25, will be marked with a 7:00 P.M. service in the Fellowship Hall.
The Easter Sunday, March 27, Worship Service at 10:00 A.M. in the Sanctuary will feature our traditional “living cross.” Worshippers are invited to bring a fresh-cut flower to place on the cross during the service.
