The iHeart Community Calendar
Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
Our goal is to provide opportunities to the youth of our community through creating access to summer programming emphasizing personal growth, while also having a whole lot of fun. Proceeds of the race will be designated to specifically support two groups:
-A group of teens from OAC will be attending the LIFE 2016 conference in Kansas City, MO this July. While there, they will have the opportunity to hear from speakers on a variety of faith-based topics, enjoy concerts, and engage in practical community service (such as cleaning up a community garden/ park affiliated with an outreach organization serving the underprivileged).
-In collaboration with a local elementary school and Camp Foundations, we will be sponsoring a group of children who might not otherwise have the opportunity the chance to attend summer camp. Each sponsored child will have their registration, lunches and transportation covered for a week at camp this summer.
