We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.

- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.

Message from Shihan Charles Burger, Mark your calendar the 2017 NAKO North American Kyokushin Organization Summer institute will be July 13-16 at Performance Fitness Kyokushin Karate in Oswego NY. Kancho Henrioh has promised the training will be hard and rewarding. We are scheduled to have some old friends joining us from far away which is always very special. As always our trainings are open to all groups, we train in a positive friendly setting, like family.
