This six week course will be broken down into physical practice Asana, breathing techniques Pranayama, meditation and guided relaxation Savasana. You will be guided through each section step by step and will gain all the confidence you need to begin your journey to lightful living and radiant peace and happiness. You do not need to be flexible, each posture is beneficial no matter what variation is done. Mats are available. This is your chance to receive instruction from certified yoga teachers who can help you gain control of your own yoga practice! You can do this by tapping into what is already within you.
