We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.

Upstate New York's Best Summer Bash is on the waterfront in Fair Haven on Saturday, August 11, 2018.
Come by Land or by Sea and celebrate summer with us at our 10th Annual Spanish themed party, Paella on the Bay-a at Colloca Estate Winery in Fair Haven, NY. All are invited and this event is open to the public.
Feast on traditional meat and seafood paellas cooked throughout the afternoon over open flames in 3-4 foot monster pans overlooking the magnificent panoramic views of our Little Sodus Bay on the Great Lake Ontario.
You'll enjoy sangria, our award-winning estate wines and cold NYS craft beers with along the rockin' sounds of live music all afternoon and evening.

(Paella Served from ~1-6 pm or until gone)
FREE ADMISSION - Includes entry, and live music all day.
LIVE MUSIC with REV from 2-6 pm and Out of the Red from 7-11 pm.
PAELLA - Seafood (Lobster, Clams, Mussels, Shrimp, $15/plate), Meat (Chicken, Sausage, and Pork, $12/plate), and Vegetarian Paellas ($12/plate) will be available for your enjoyment.
BEVERAGES - Colloca Wines, Cold Beer, and non-alcoholic beverages will also be available for sale in our beverage tents.
*This is a licensed event with the NYS Liquor Authority. No alcoholic beverages or coolers may be brought on premises by land or by sea.
