We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.

Stuart Fuchs is a multi instrumentalist, recording artist, and an innovative and compassionate teacher. He is a lifelong minstrel and plays a wide variety of styles of music on acoustic guitar and ukulele including folk, classical, jazz, rock, experimental, sacred and world music. He also plays Latin percussion, Bolivian charango, Australian didjeridoo, Native American flute, Tibetan singing bowls, and even hunting calls and amplified toys. Joining him on upright bass and mandolin is Sarah Carlisle.
Stuart tours the globe with his music and innovative music workshops, including "Ukulele Zen,” an extensive online subscription course. With over twenty years of experience in the arts, Stuart has empowered people of all backgrounds to discover their own musicality and to play with greater ease, skill and joy.
Stuart is an accomplished classical & jazz guitarist who has performed the music of gypsy jazz legend Django Reinhardt with his award winning band “Babik," featured on PRI's "The World.” In 2014, Stuart was awarded a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts to compose and perform healing music for patients at Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo.
