Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
Applique Club

Class Fee: First meeting: $40, meetings thereafter $10
Description: Club members will be coached by Heather Bateman thru completing an Applique pattern OF THEIR OWN CHOOSING! That's right, choose that pattern that you would love to tackle, but have been too intimidated or don't know the techniques. During your first club meeting, the group will analyze your pattern in depth and you will develop your "attack plan" for the project. Fabric choices, construction techniques, adaptations, and methodologies (hand techniques and machine techniques) will be considered. This process is meant to give the quilter the means to adapt and adjust commercial patterns to make their project truly a custom work of art. Club members will meet on subsequent club nights to evaluate progress, work thru any "situations", and share stitching adventures. Members may join at any time.
