Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
Our annual Independence Day Parade and Celebration will be Sunday, July 7th themed “Music of America.” It's always a great time watching our parade in the afternoon and catching the concert and fireworks later in Breitbeck Park.
Organizations and other prospective parade participants may contact the City of Oswego Economic Development Office to request and submit a participation application. The office is located at 44 East Bridge Street, Oswego or call (315) 343-3795. Applications can also be found on the City of Oswego website or by e-mailing Justin Rudgick, Director of the Economic Development Office at [email protected]. The registration deadline is Tuesday, June 11. The City of Oswego will be offering cash prizes for float entries with a large focus on youth participants.
