Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
The H. Lee White Maritime Museum at Oswego is swabbing the decks in preparation for a hearty afternoon of pirate carousing. Brush off your eye patch, grab your parrot and prepare for a day of fun. The fun starts at the Museum, located in Oswego's Historic Maritime District, and allows for fellow pirates, landlubbers and the lot, to mingle and become pirates for a day. Pirate outfits are strongly encouraged. This fun and educational event feature's games, music, pirate grub, tours of the historic vessels, a scavenger hunt and treasure to take home. Kids' Pirate Day is recommended for ages ranging from 2-11. Tickets are $8 for children and $4 for adults.
