Join other women lead by a CPR/AED & First Aid Certified Personal Trainer
All ages welcome and paced to your ability!

Restroom available. Bring a water bottle. Walks will take approximately 1 hour and involves varying terrain.

If the weather is inclement, walk will be substituted with a free PiYo Live! Class in the MISSION:midlife Wellness Studio located in the Cortini Building. (space is limited for PiYo) Mats available or bring your own. Shoes are optional,

Please bring a friend or three! Plan to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to start time, doors will open at approximately 8:15 am
