Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
The Oswego County Safe Harbour Critical Team (SHCT) invites all youth serving professionals to the Boots on the Ground Breakfast/Meet and Greet! The SHCT mission is to build a collaborative effort to advocate, raise awareness and provide services to the community regarding Human Trafficking and Exploitation. This meet and greet extends specifically to how children, and those who work with them, in our community are effected by this problem.
Over breakfast, the SHCT will provide a breakdown of the team's mission and goals and provide an opportunity to network and connect. This also allows the Critical Team to hear from you, those who are truly the "Boots on the Ground," who are interacting with youth on a daily basis. By the end of meeting, we hope to have a larger, stronger network of professionals working together to combat child trafficking, extortion and exploitation in Oswego County.
