Interested in Making a Difference in your Community While Making some Extra Money? Come Learn About these Temporary, Paid Federal Jobs that Allow You to Make Your Own Hours While helping with the 2020 Census!

Targeted Audience: People 18 years & older curious about these job opportunities and/or anyone interested in helping out with the 2020 Census.

Presenter: Marie Rainbolt, Recruiting Assistant with the Census Bureau

This workshop will provide a brief introduction to the Census & explain why the government conducts a census every 10 years. It will also describe the waves of temporary federal job opportunities that will become available to citizens here in Oswego County (and surrounding counties). There will be an opportunity for interested individuals to apply for these jobs right after the workshop & hands-on tech support will be available for anyone in need of it while applying on line.
