Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
A perfect way to help relieve stress during the hectic holiday season! For December single classes will be $6.50 and a package of 5 classes is only $29!!! For December she will have classes at the following times: Sundays 12/12 and 12/19 from 8:30am to 9:30am; Mondays 12/13, 12/20 and 12/27 from 5:30-6:30pm and Wednesdays 12/15, 12/22 and 12/29 from 5:30-6:30pm. No need to register in advance, just come to class and she will get you all set up. Rebecca offers Gentle Yoga that is suitable for all body types and abilities. She has expertise in adapting her classes to all abilities, need to take it slow? She can help your with that. An advanced practioners who wants a challenge? She can adjust the poses to make them more challenging for you. Her focus is to increase flexibility, relax and most of all, HAVE FUN!
