We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
A highly colorful creation featuring a handful of amazing acrobats, and musicians from Cirque Kalabanté, performing their authentic choreography to the frantic rhythms of djembes and other native instruments of Guinea. To the melodious sound of the Kora, artistic director and company founder, Yamoussa Bangoura takes us into an elsewhere that radiates the diversity of traditional African arts combined with the virtuosity of the North American modern circus performance. This engagement of Cirque Kalabante is made possible through the ArtsCONNECT program of Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation with support from the National Endowment for the Arts and with funds from the Shineman Endowed Fund at SUNY Oswego.
