Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
The Oswego County New Horizons Band and Chorus will present its annual summer community concert on Friday, August 8, at 7:00 p.m., at the Minetto United Methodist Church.
The band will play songs from Lion King, Londonderry Air, arranged by Ed Lisk, Seventy-six Trombones, from The Music Man and a salute to Louis Armstrong. They will end with an audience sing along of God Bless America. The chorus, accompanied by Susan Maxwell, will present Songs of the Sea, including sea chanteys, Under the Sea from The Little Mermaid, The Boatman Stomp, a Scottish lullaby, and a medley of other sea tales.
