We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
Celebrate the Designation of the Lake Ontario National Marine Sanctuary
Lake Ontario National Marine Sanctuary, the 16th national marine sanctuary, recognizes the national significance of the area's historical, archaeological, and cultural resources.
NOAA'S Office of National Marine Sanctuaries and New York State, as co-managers, will provide new opportunities for research, resource protection, education, and community engagement.
The sanctuary designation will create a national stage for promoting tourism and recreation in partnership with local communities.

Join us at our community celebration in the marina parking lot! Connect with local partners and dive into exciting activities for all to enjoy. There will be food for purchase from local food trucks and music. It's a day of fun, connection, and showing your appreciation for Lake Ontario.
