Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
Kick off the Holiday Season with Us!
Join us for the **Hannibal Country Christmas**, a festive open house event spotlighting local businesses and organizations in the Town of Hannibal and located at a number of venues across town. Discover unique products, services, and holiday specials as we celebrate the start of the holiday season together.
**Highlights of the Event:**
- Country Christmas Quiz: Visit each participating location, answer quiz questions, and drop off your answers at the final stop. Each business will draw one winner from the entries to receive a $50 prize!
- Free Activities: Enjoy a variety of free, family-friendly activities throughout the day at various locations to include CNY Event Ranch and the Horse Carriage Rides through the village
- Support Local Businesses: Shop local and discover what our community has to offer.
Businesses will showcase their best holiday offerings, making it the perfect time to find unique gifts.
**Tree Lighting Ceremony:** The festivities will conclude at 4:00 PM with a tree lighting ceremony in the square, where Santa will be giving out free gifts to the children.
- **Business Participation:** A $50 fee is required to participate, which directly funds the quiz prizes. Local organizations may participate for free and will be highlighted on the event flyer. All participating businesses and organizations must be located within the Town of Hannibal.
