Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."

This free event is a partnership between the Oswego Town Historical Society, SUNY Oswego’s Theater Department and its History Department’s “Death, Data, and Local Cemeteries” course.
The annual performance features fascinating stories along with a dance performance by SUNY Oswego theatre students and students in the storytelling class.
Students will tell stories of historically significant figures not buried in the cemetery, but who have had a large impact on the town and city of Oswego as well as SUNY Oswego.
Participants will then visit the gravesites of those buried within the cemetery and hear their stories, including U.S. Congressional Medal of Honor recipients Dr. Mary Edwards Walker and James Lee. There will only be one walking tour this year, and all attendees will stay together as a group during the tour.
