Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
This free workshop is designed for individuals receiving Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) to learn about the Ticket to Work program.
OCWNY Disability Resource Coordinator Adele Cronk will be available to help SSDI and SSI recipients who are interested in entering or re-entering the workforce.
“Whether you’re just beginning to consider employment or are already working, this workshop will help you understand how work impacts your benefits and how to maintain health insurance coverage while employed,” Cronk said.
