Navigating the Calendar
We get it! There's a lot to see here. That's why we've added a number of ways for you to find what you're looking for... and to browse smarter.
- To view event listings by town or city, use the Location Filter to the right.
- Browse by event type by clicking on the category you'd like to see more of; for example, clicking on "Free" will pull up all calendar entries that you do not have to pay to participate in.
- You can also type in keywords into the calendar's search bar, such as "yoga" or "bingo."
The Beaver Lake Photography Group is a community of nature lovers dedicated to capturing the beauty, wildlife, and landscapes of Beaver Lake and beyond.
The club typically meets on the 4th Monday of the month from 6 PM to 8 PM, to share photos, learn new skills, and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow photographers. Meetings often include educational presentations and photo sharing by members of the group. Throughout the year, the group plans member-only field trips around Central New York. The group also maintains a photo gallery of members' work in the Beaver Lake Visitor Center lobby.
All levels of photography skill - beginners to advanced - are welcome to join the group. There is no fee to join the Photography Group; however, all group members must also maintain a Beaver Lake Nature Center membership.
