The Oswego Public Library's AmeriCorps members Andrew Baumgras and Rebecca Smith will be hosting a community food drive.

Donations will be accepted from Monday, July 29, through Friday Aug. 9. This food drive will benefit the local Human Concerns Inc., in order to help them meet a growing need within the community.
Those donating are asked to drop off items in the designated boxes on the main floor, Children's Room, and the Computer Room of the library. Acceptable items include: spaghetti sauce, macaroni, peanut butter, jelly, tuna fish, juice, canned vegetables or fruit, cereal, soup and canned tomatoes, and hygiene products like shampoo, razors, deodorant, and toothbrushes and toothpaste.
The Oswego Public Library is located at 120 E. Second St. Library hours are from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Mon.-Thurs.; 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Fri.; and from 12-5 p.m., Sat., 12 to 5. For more information on making a donation, contact AmeriCorps members Andrew or Rebecca at 315-341-5867.
