She was born March 9, 1925 in Fulton to Franklyn and Aleta Bellinger Bartlett.
Arlene worked as a Home Health Aide with Oswego Hospital. She always went above and beyond for the people she took care of. Arlene enjoyed crocheting and knitting. She enjoyed making gifts for family and friends. Arlene enjoyed many family gatherings to share food, stories, and pictures. Arlene also loved fishing.
She is survived by her children Paul Barlow of Oswego; Cheryl (Rusty) Natoli of Fulton and her sisters Charlotte Pizzo of Pennsylvania, Patricia Gregory of Minetto and Sue (Lenard) Zappala of North Syracuse; her brothers Ross (Rosemary) Bartlett and Donald (Gloria) Bartlett both of Fulton. She has three grandchildren Chris Natoli of Baldwinsville, Kyle Natoli of Hefei, China, and Kelsy (Cody) Anderson of Raleigh, North Carolina. She has two great grandchildren Aurora Ross and Aubrie Natoli both of Pennellville.
In addition to her parents, Arlene was predeceased by her husband Donald E. Barlow, her sisters, Kathleen Myers, Gloria White, Pearl Parsons, Marge Chubb, and Hattie Campbell; her brothers, William, Harold, and Franklyn Bartlett.
Services will be private. Burial will be in Mt. Plesant Cemetery.
