He was born in Syracuse the son of Jeanette Wills and the late Arthur W. Wills.
Arthur enjoyed computer technology, reading, and sharing dinners with family and friends.
He will be missed by his mother Jeanette Wills of Oswego, sisters Julie (Walter Mason) Bonnell of Oswego, Jennine Dana of Oswego, and his nieces and nephews.
Services and burial will be private.
The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home 147 W. 4th. St. Oswego.
