Annual Big Bucks fundraiser has a BIG prize

     You can win this 50 inch TV when you buy a Big Bucks ticket from the Oswego Elks. "This is a great fundraising event for the Oswego Elks." said Lolly Malone, promoter of Oswego Elks #271.
