Brandi J. Loomis, 15, a resident of Mexico passed away on January 23 at her home surrounded by her family.
An Angel went to Heaven.
Born in Oswego on July 27, 1999, she was a daughter of the Franklin Loomis of Mexico and Nancy (Turnbull) Loomis of Mexico and had attended Mexico schools. Brandi loved to swim and enjoyed her rocking horse and watching NASCAR.
Surviving besides her parents are her sister, Frankie Loomis of Mexico, her paternal grandparents, James and Lorraine Loomis of Mexico and aunts, uncles and cousins.
Friends may call at the Dowdle Funeral Home on Thursday from 4-7.
