Write a commentCarol Burghart’s painting, Lovely Shade under the Canopy of Trees won first prize in the watercolor category at the recent Sterling Art Show.
Her painting, depicting a tranquil forest scene with towering trees and lush foliage, was displayed in the Fair Haven Art Center for the contest.
Carol is a long-time member of the Lakeside Artisans in Oswego where her original paintings and prints are available. The Lakeside Artisan’s Canal Commons shop at 191 W. 1st St, in downtown Oswego is open Monday - Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 a.m. and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m.
