Food, games and entertainment await members of the Oswego community this upcoming Sept. 21 at Breitbeck Park. In honor of International Kids Day, the Kiwanis Club of Oswego will host a Free Kids Day event for children of all ages.

President of the Kiwanis Club, Julia Burns, said the event is targeted for everyone in the community. "Every child gets the same opportunity to enjoy a fun day at the park," Burns said. "Everyone is welcome."
The event, which will begin at noon, consists of carnival games, arts and crafts and food such as hot dogs and ice cream.
The Kiwanis Club is a global community service organization. The Oswego club was chartered in 1921 and general meetings are held every Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at Bridie Manor.
