Financial Aid experts from the State University of New York College at Oswego Financial Aid department will be available with their many years of experience working in financial aid at community, state and private colleges, to assist in the OHS Library during the evening of February 2 from 5:30 to 7:00.
Parents and students each need their own PIN number, so be sure and get them ahead of time at www.pin.ed.gov. You also need to bring with you the student's and parents' social security numbers, the student's driver's license if they have one, parent's tax records, student's tax records if they've filed or plan to file a tax return, and records of untaxed income in your family such as child support, Social Security, welfare benefits, or veterans benefits. For further information, you can go to the Federal Student Aid website at: www.studentaid.ed.gov.
