Mayor Rob Corradino announced Saturday that the City of Oswego has been awarded a $5 million dollar New York State Water Infrastructure Improvement Grant (WIIA) to advance the Ellen Street and Gardiner Hill High Service Zone Interconnection Improvement Project.
