Super Stock racing will return to Oswego Speedway this season in form of the Dave London Memorial presented by Midstate Basement Authorities for the New York Super Stock Series presented by Sunoco.

Dave London Memorial XII will be held on Bud Classic Weekend, Friday, August 30. To help promote this special occasion, Midstate Basement Authorities owner Eric Leach will have his No. 29 Super Stock on display at this weekend’s Syracuse Motorsports Expo.

The Syracuse Motorsports Expo will be held March 9 and 10 inside the Center of Progress Building at the New York State Fairgrounds. Oswego Speedway will have a display each day, featuring the Midstate Basement Authorities Super Stock along with Barry Kingsley’s 350 Super.

This particular Super Stock, owned by Leach and lettered to represent event presenting sponsor Midstate Basement Authorities, is driven by 2015 Dave London Memorial champion Bill Frisbie Jr. on the New York Super Stock Series tour presented by Sunoco.

The Dave London Memorial is expected to draw a gigantic field of Super Stocks on Classic Weekend. The event will include a full program of qualifying action, plus a 50-lap main event for the full fendered racers which will offer over $10,000 in lap and bonus money.

Several past and present Oswego Speedway competitors will be amongst the field of 57 TQ Midgets competing at the event including Tyler Thompson, Joey Payne, Lou Cicconi, and AJ Bernys. Dave London Memorial X champ Tommy Catalano will also be on hand with his TQ ride.

Expo hours this weekend are 10am to 8pm on Saturday and 11am to 4pm on Sunday. Tickets are $13 for adults, $5 for kids 6-12 years of age, and FREE for children under the age of 5. A two day pass is available for $20.
