With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Diana Mindo in Oswego NY.

Diana passed peacefully on October 31st. She was 69 years old and was a resident of Oswego for the past 4 months. She was born in Ibarra, a small town in Ecuador, moved to Quito when she was 18 years old, where she resided most of her life. She became a successful business owner for over 4 decades. Dianita was well known by the community in Quito. Her cooking and attention to detail helped her and her husband's success and popularity for many years. 

She is survived by her daughter Diana Haumann, who resides in Oswego, and her son Sebastian Gonzalez, as well as her husband Franklin Ruales, who lives in Quito. She was kind, wise, and caring. She helped so many people throughout her journey, she is and will forever be missed by all who she touched and inspired. 

Her remains were brought to Ecuador, and all services took place in Quito Ecuador, where her family and friends were able to say their goodbyes.
