Obituaries

Dominick J. “Dom” Busch, 19; of Oswego, NY; passed away unexpectedly Sunday, July 26, 2026; after unfortunately sustaining life-threatening injuries from a motor vehicle accident in Volney, NY. 

Dominick was born in Oswego, NY.  He had been a former resident of Woodridge, NY and he resided in Oswego County for most of his life. 

Dominick was a graduate of G’Ray Bodley High School, Fulton, NY.  He was past employed with Par-K, Fulton and Goodyear, Oswego, NY.  Most recently, Dominick was working with Door Dash.  He was quite talented at fixing just about anything with a motor and especially enjoyed working on cars and ATVs.  Dominick was a good friend to many and will be deeply missed by his family and friends. 

He was pre-deceased by his mother:  Sarah E. Busch, and great grandmothers:  Mary Busch and Mary Meyer. 

Dominick is survived by his loving maternal grandparents:  Paul and Patricia Busch of Oswego, NY; his father:  Kenneth (Amanda) McManus of Woodridge, NY; his siblings:  Giuliana Busch of Oswego, NY; Conner McManus, Brianna McManus and Elizabeth McManus all of Woodridge, NY; his paternal grandparents:  Kenneth McManus and Mary Solazzo both of Oswego, NY; his aunts:  Jennifer (Doug) Paro of Fulton, NY and Danielle Busch of Oswego, NY and several cousins great aunts and great uncles. 

Calling Hours will be held Tuesday, August 4^th, 2026, from 2:30 to 3:30 PM at the Sugar Funeral Home Inc., 224 W. 2^nd St. S., Fulton, NY.  Funeral Services will be conducted following calling hours at 3:30 PM Tuesday in the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., with Rev. Sandra Rude officiating.  Burial will be held privately.
