Write a commentOn July 28th, 2017, Deputy Chief Justin Norfleet, Firefighter Hartle and Firefighter Hubbard raced out into Lake Ontario on Marine One in response to a call involving a man on a charter fishing boat who went into cardiac arrest.
Under windy and wavy conditions, the firefighters had to jump onto the continually moving charter boat. They worked towards regaining a pulse on the victim, then transported him back to shore and to the hospital.
The gentleman made a full recovery. WOW!!
