SAF is the domestic violence and rape crisis program that serves Oswego County. The goal of SAF is to raise awareness of the epidemic of domestic violence in Oswego County and to educate individuals on the impact of domestic violence in its communities.

A non-profit agency, OCO will be celebrating 50 years of service in 2016. OCO offers more than 50 human service programs that serve over 24,000 people each year. Operating in over 80 locations throughout Oswego County, OCO’s workforce has more than 550 employees and 1200 volunteers.
