Vincent G. Lobdell, president of HealthWay Home Products, received the 2013 Dee Heckethorn Entrepreneur Award. This award is presented each year to a business owner who has an innovative product or service that acts as a catalyst for further economic growth and who has taken considerable initiative and risk bringing their product or service to Oswego County. The award was presented at OOC's 61st Annual Meeting June 10.
