The community is invited to attend an educational program to learn about what is considered normal physical and psychological changes that we might all expect to experience as we age, and what is not.
The “Healthy Aging” program, with Dr. Renante Ignacio MD, will be held at Bishop’s Commons Enriched Housing Residence, 4 Burkle Street in Oswego on Tuesday, October 27th beginning at 3:00 p.m.
The event is free of charge and refreshments will be provided.
Dr. Ignacio will talk about strategies and lifestyle choices we all can practice to achieve and maintain health as we grow older, and some of the resources in our own community to help us address any adverse effects of aging in a loved one or ourselves. A question and answer session will be a part of the program.
Those planning to attend are asked to R.S.V.P. by calling (315) 349-0799. Seating is limited.
