 y be waived by the PRO.\nTo enter a boat must have a current PHRF-LO Rating
  Certificate or be a boat eligible to receive one. When one is not availabl
 e, a handicap will be assigned for a fee of $25.\nEntry fee is $135. A disc
 ounted fee of $125 will apply if participant is registered prior to July 16

 1000 hours on Friday July 24, 2015.\nCourses shall be windward-leeward with
  the number of legs to be determined by the PRO.\nA maximum of 7 races are 
 scheduled. One race constitutes a series. Scoring will be in accordance wit
 h Appendix A of the RRS and the PHRF LO handicapping system and Time on Tim
 e scoring method. No race will be excluded. This changes RRS A2 and A4.\nPR
 IZES\nPrizes will be awarded to the first three places in each Division, be
