 ce Chief Tory DeCaire will host two “Coffee with the Mayor and Police Chief
 ” events at both the East and West Side Dunkin Donuts in Oswego.\nThe focus
  of the planned events will be to provide an informal, comfortable setting 
 for residents to raise their concerns, ask questions and provide suggestion
 s to the Mayor and Police Chief on the issues facing the community.\n“Resid
 ents need their community leaders to be accessible and to understand what i
 s occurring in our neighborhoods and on our streets everyday. The best way 
 to do that is to listen directly to the residents, face to face, and hear t
 heir concerns, understand their issues and consider their suggestions on ho
 w to make our neighborhoods and streets a safer place for all,” said Mayor 
 Barlow. “This is an opportunity for residents to come visit and talk about 
 any issue that may be on their mind. We will take the information we hear,
