From New Jersey, John Gorka is
a world renowned singer-songwriter who got his start at a neighborhood cof
feehouse in eastern Pennsylvania.
In addition to his 11 critically acc
laimed albums, John released a collector’s edition box featuring a hi-defin
ition DVD and companion CD called The Gypsy Life. Windham Hill also release
d a collection of John’s greatest hits from the label called Pure John Gork
a. In 2010, he also released an album with his friends and Red House label-
mates Lucy Kaplansky and Eliza Gilkyson under the name Red Horse. Getting h
igh praise from critics and fans alike, it landed on the Billboard Folk Cha
rts and was one of the most played albums on folk radio.
Many well-kno
wn artists have recorded and/or performed John Gorka songs, including Mary
Chapin Carpenter, Nanci Griffith, Mary Black and Maura O’Connell. John has
graced the stage of Austin City Limits, Mountain Stage, Etown and has appea

d when not on the road, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
He continues to tour, playing festivals, theaters and clubs all over North
America and Europe.
Emalee Herrington is a 14-year-old vocal perform er and songwriter. She started performing locally at the age of 8 and has n ever looked back! Emalee has had stage space at locations such at the Chitt enango Oz Festival, NY State Fair Chevy Court and Colosseum and Lioness App le Festival in Central Square. Emalee donates her time and talents to nonpr ofit organizations, charity awareness walks, and benefits. She is currently a member of the national non-profit KEYS program, which brings music and s miles to children and families impacted by terminal illnesses, hospitalizat ion, and loss of a loved one. Coupled with the KEYS program, Emalee is in t he early stages of Emalee's Musical Medicine, a program she is heading to b ring custom music therapy CDs to children enduring illness and undergoing t reatments. Emalee enjoys songwriting and is working towards mastering the g uitar.
