DESCRIPTION:\nThe Oswego County Safe Harbour Critical Team (SHCT) invites all youth ser
 ving professionals to the Boots on the Ground Breakfast/Meet and Greet! The
  SHCT mission is to build a collaborative effort to advocate, raise awarene
 ss and provide services to the community regarding Human Trafficking and Ex
 ploitation. This meet and greet extends specifically to how children, and t
 hose who work with them, in our community are effected by this problem.\nOv
 er breakfast, the SHCT will provide a breakdown of the team's mission and g
 oals and provide an opportunity to network and connect. This also allows th
 e Critical Team to hear from you, those who are truly the "Boots on the Gro
 und," who are interacting with youth on a daily basis. By the end of meetin
 g, we hope to have a larger, stronger network of professionals working toge
 ther to combat child trafficking, extortion and exploitation in Oswego Coun
