  or older to enter.</p><p>A Quiet Moment: A Break from the Chaos.&nbsp;</p>
 <p>We're inviting all artists to reflect on what brings them peace amid lif
 e’s challenges. Through this theme, individuals are encouraged to express t
 heir personal experiences with mental health and resilience through art, he
 lping spark meaningful conversations across generations. Submissions are op
 en to all students and residents of Oswego County aged 12 and up.</p><p>All
  accepted submissions will be on display during the show.&nbsp;</p><p>All a
 rtwork must follow guidelines and be submitted online for review and approv
 al to the Oswego County Health Department by Friday, March 27, 2026. The de
 adline to drop off artwork to the health department so it can be properly d
