The grand prize goes to “Reflections,” a stunning capture by Paul Kilgore. Kilgore's photo will be featured as the cover photo for the Oswego County Balloon Festival on their official Facebook page along with a $25.00 gift certificate to Jimmie James BBQ in Oswego, N.Y. and a fine art poster from Copies In Time, Copy & Print Center of Oswego.

     In second place is ”Green Summer” by Pamela Bessel (pictured on the right). The photo is the very definition of serenity. Bessel will also receive a fine art poster of her submission from Copies in Time, Copy & Print Center of Oswego.

     The first Oswego County Balloon Festival was held at the Oswego County Fairgrounds in Sandy Creek, N.Y. The festival featured crafters, bands and of course, big beautiful hot air balloons.
