The meeting will be held in the Prevention Office at Farnham Family Service, 283 West 2nd Street, Oswego. All community members are welcome to attend. We always enjoy seeing familiar and new faces at the meetings.

During this meeting, Dean Lansley from the National Guard will be conducting a Coalition Kaizen Assessment. This service is being provided to us at no cost, and it’s a wonderful opportunity to help the Coalition to continue to grow and move forward.

What is the Coalition Kaizen Assessment?

The Coalition Kaizen Assessment is a survey of members measuring a coalition’s ability to implement the essential processes used in the Strategic Prevention Framework and other common public health models. The Coalition Kaizen Process helps community partnerships continuously improve their work.

How is a Coalition Kaizen Assessment conducted?

The National Guard Counterdrug Program facilitates the survey during the course of a regular coalition meeting. Audience response devices, also known as clickers, are used to ensure responses are anonymous and instant. Results are available within minutes of the assessment completion and are presented to the coalition for discussion and analysis.
