Write a commentJoseph John Coe, 81, a resident of West Utica Street in Oswego, passed away Monday, December 02, 2024, at Seneca Hill Manor.
Joseph was born in Oswego, the son of the late John and Rose (Ladavia) Hammond. He was a life resident of the area.
Prior to his retirement, he was employed at the Nestle Corporation plant in Fulton, NY.He was a member of the Oswego Senior Citizens Club, and a former communicant of St. Joseph’s Church in Oswego. He enjoyed going to bingo, making beads and giving them to friends and family.
He is survived by two sisters, Isabel (Brian) Richardson, and Henrietta Brown; two brothers, Edward (Pamela) Hammond and James (Peggy) Hammond; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he was predeceased by four brothers: Karl Coe, John Hammond, Frank Hammond and Fred Hammond.
Graveside services will be held in the spring in New Haven Cemetery.There are no calling hours.
Arrangements are in the care of the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home.
