The reception is open to program alumni, employers and interested community members. Light refreshments will be served.
"We’re delighted to be hosting a reception for the new members of the class of 2016," said Tammy Elowsky, assistant director of Leadership Oswego County and assistant director of the Office of Business and Community Relations. "It's a perfect opportunity for alumni to connect with the new class, and for employers and community members to learn more about Leadership Oswego County."
SUNY Oswego's Leadership Oswego County program annually prepares a select group of county residents to become future community leaders. The program teaches community trusteeship and leadership skills resulting in a knowledgeable, diverse network of leaders committed to improving the quality of life for Oswego County residents.
"In the past 22 years, over 400 program graduates have gone on to support a wide range of service and charitable work, making Oswego County the wonderful place it is," Elowsky said.
