Tom Gillen, current Mayor of the city of Oswego, was a guest this past week at Oswego Rotary. Tom is running as a write-in candidate for the office of Mayor. Tom is very passionate about the city and what's best at this point and making a difference. Gillen states, “We are now in the right place at the right time. We’ve come a long way and that’s evident just by walking around our city. Oswego is energetic again, it’s happening,” Oswego Rotary wishes best of luck in the upcoming election to Mayor Gillen.
