Write a commentMove Along Inc., will host its Annual Celebration of Success at the American Foundry in Oswego, NY on Friday November 29, 2019.
Proceeds from the event will benefit adaptive sports programming and education in schools throughout Central New York, and select locations in Northern and Southern Tiers of New York State. Local businesses, including NBT Bank, Clubhouse Tavern, Dufore Jewelers, support a Special Mission in enabling individuals with physical limitations the ability to reintegrate through high cost adaptive athletics.
The event will commence at 7:00PM and end at 11:00PM. Move Along is asking for a $10 donation at the door to help support growth of adaptive sports in Central and Upstate NY. The night will be highlighted by a musical performance by locale favorite, The Billionaires. A guest speaker will also give a short engagement about the impact of sports, and adaptive athletics, on the impact of their life and those in their network!

At Move Along it is pivotal for us as a 501C3 to raise funds independent of grants and programming! This funding allows us to apply for grants with percentage matching funds, as well as invest in costly equipment to facilitate our Adaptive Sports Education Program in Central New York Schools (we currently bring over 62K dollars of adaptive equipment to educate over 4,000 students annually) and support our sports programs throughout various communities!
