Write a commentNBT Bank has welcomed Mark Houghtaling as Senior Vice President and Senior Director of Commercial Real Estate Services.
Houghtaling will be based at NBT’s Syracuse Financial Center at 120 Madison Street.
In this new role, Houghtaling is responsible for oversight of the Bank’s appraisal, evaluations, environmental, construction, monitoring and regulatory compliance for commercial real estate transactions across NBT’s seven-state footprint. He will also help establish efficiencies to enhance the customer experience.
Houghtaling brings more than 25 years of financial experience to NBT, including director-level positions in Credit Administration and Loan Review with Community Bank. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University.
